Agency Construction is dedicated to providing Federal government agencies and commercial institutions with quality work, on time and within budget. We strive to work with our clients to meet their needs in the best possible manner.

We understand that there has never been a great company that has not had great employees. Agency Construction Corp. is continuously working to make every employee better at what they do, both inside and outside of work. We are committed to the ideal that if our employees grow both physically and mentally, we will all grow together.

We work with our sub-contractors to ensure that everyone understands the project and what is required of them. Weekly meetings provide everyone with a clear understanding of what lies ahead, both short- and long-term. This ensures the owners will receive the best attention and get what they deserve: a great project.

Company Overview

Agency Construction Corp. is a bonded full-service construction firm specializing in general contracting, construction management, and construction consulting. The firm was established in 1974 by Gregory M. Masone. For over 30 years, we have performed Federal, Postal, and Commercial contract work as a prime contractor on time and within budget. We have vast experience with constructing new buildings, renovating and retrofitting existing structures, and restoring historic buildings. What ever the project entails, Agency Construction Corp. is prepared to handle it.

Mr. Gregory M. Masone remains with the overall responsibility for contract compliance. He has thirty-four (34) years experience as a principal contractor performing Federal and commercial contracts and is a trained Construction Manager. His unlimited experience ensures every aspect of the project is completed as specified and as promised.

Mr. Gregory C. Masone, P.E. is a professional engineer trained and experienced as a structural engineer. He is also LEED Accredited by the US Green Building Council. His thorough review of proposed projects during the estimating phase ensures that every project is well coordinated from the beginning and that nothing is missed. Following the contract award, in addition to the architect and engineers-of-record, our in-house professional engineer also reviews shop drawings prior to fabrication to ensure that critical details have been reviewed, are understood by the necessary people, and will be constructed according to specification. Agency Construction is also available to perform in-house value engineering in the event a project warrants such.

In the office we have contract administrators and estimators in charge of scheduling, project management, and purchasing. Our estimators are members of The American Society of Professional Estimators, and one teaches Estimating for Interior Construction at New York University and is trained as a Construction Manager.

We prepare our project schedules with Microsoft Project. This allows us to accurately track a jobs progress to ensure that problems are caught before they happen and are dealt with accordingly, therefore directly minimizing job delays.
